What is cPanel?
cPanel is a widely used control panel for Linux-based web servers. Its graphical interface can manage domains, email, FTP, databases, SSL and files.
cPanel has two components: cPanel for end-users (per-account UI) and WHM (Web Host Manager — reseller/system panel) for server admins. The reseller hosting model is built on WHM.
What does it do?
Site management: One-click WordPress, Joomla, Drupal install (Softaculous). File manager, FTP/SFTP accounts, subdomain and parked domain management.
Email system: Email accounts subject to plan quotas, webmail, spam filters, forwarding/auto-response and IMAP/POP3/SMTP configuration.
Database management: MySQL/MariaDB database wizard, phpMyAdmin integration, remote MySQL access, user permissions.
Security & SSL: AutoSSL/Let's Encrypt for eligible domains, ModSecurity, IP blocking, brute-force protection and two-factor authentication options. Active scope depends on server policy and plan.
Backups: Supports full-account downloads and ZIP/TAR archive management. JetBackup schedule, retention and off-site destination are stated in the product details only when the relevant backup service is selected.
Developer tools: Cron job scheduling, Git Version Control, Node.js/Python/Ruby app deploy, PHP version and module selection (with CloudLinux).
Why buy cPanel from AIOR?
1) Server-bundled licensing. The cPanel licence, account capacity and server service are shown together in the current proposal; no fixed saving against direct pricing is promised.
2) Managed initial setup. Licence provisioning, initial WHM settings and AutoSSL configuration are handled according to service scope. JetBackup is scheduled only when a backup add-on and destination are selected.
3) CloudLinux + Imunify360 integration. On eligible plans, cPanel is configured with CloudLinux LVE isolation and Imunify360. These controls reduce risk but do not replace patching and application security.
4) Turkish support and local invoicing. Technical requests in Turkish and English are accepted 24/7; standard working hours and critical-incident response coverage are stated in the selected support plan. Invoices are issued under applicable e-document rules.
5) Consolidated billing. The server, cPanel licence and selected security, backup or SSL components can appear on one AIOR invoice; add-ons that are not included are shown separately before ordering.
