AIOR's corporate story did not begin as a consultancy brand. Our foundation is the engineering work delivered in real field conditions since 2009. That practice has grown into software, automation, secure digital infrastructure, AI and design.
THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Publishing our first website in 2001 was an early digital-production milestone; it was not the company's incorporation date. Our professional services journey began with field engineering in 2009. Working in real facilities under real operating constraints taught us that a solution must do more than look convincing in a presentation—it must remain dependable in the field.
That is why we do not treat software, automation, hosting, servers, cybersecurity, AI and design as isolated services. We apply the same engineering question to every discipline: will this system remain secure, measurable, manageable and sustainable in real use?
MILESTONES
We tell our history through verified turning points. Rather than filling the years between them with retrospective, unsupported dates, we show clearly which needs drove each capability to grow.
FIRST DIGITAL MILESTONE
2001 marks the first production milestone behind our software and digital infrastructure work today. It is not the incorporation date of AIOR Technology or the beginning of its professional services; it is the earliest tangible result of our drive to build for the web.
ENGINEERING FOUNDATION
AIOR's professional services story began with field engineering—not consultancy. Work in real production and operating environments shaped our discipline in commissioning, process improvement, technical coordination and dependable delivery.
EXPANDING CAPABILITIES
The needs we encountered in engineering projects led us to build custom software, automation, data analytics, traceability and computer-vision solutions. Secure hosting, server infrastructure, cybersecurity and design later joined the same implementation culture. Consultancy developed as a supporting capability that transfers practical experience to customers—not as the origin of the journey.
FORMAL INCORPORATION
The engineering practice developed in the field was formally incorporated in Bursa as AIOR Technology Limited Company. Engineering remained at the centre while software, infrastructure, security, design and AI came together under one accountable delivery model.

Today we manage 12 core solution pillars—spanning engineering, custom software, automation, hosting and secure server infrastructure, AI and corporate design—through one delivery culture. Our detailed service catalogue organises this structure into 20 categories. From our Bursa base and through a distributed delivery model, we build durable systems for organisations in Türkiye and global markets.
