Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between gateway and addon?
- The gateway (aior_iyzico) processes customer payments. The addon manages license, API/environment settings, version tracking and the gateway bridge. Both together form the complete product.
- Which currency is supported?
- The gateway supports USD invoices per the AIOR global billing standard. Invoice currency must be USD.
- Do I need an iyzico merchant account?
- Yes. You enter your own iyzico API Key and Secret Key in the addon panel or gateway settings.
- Will existing aior.com payments break?
- No. If gateway keys are already configured on aior.com, checkout keeps working during migration; full license enforcement applies after internal license provisioning.
- Is installation service mandatory?
- No. Self-service install is documented. Optional $99 one-time installation service is available.
- How do updates arrive?
- Manifest-based in-panel auto-update with an active license. Customer ZIP is ionCube-encoded.
