Turning visual field data into meaningful decisions
On high-speed lines it may be difficult to inspect every part manually at the same attention level. After camera, optics, cycle time and defect classes are validated on site, vision can flag defined events such as cracks, stains, missing parts, misalignment, label errors or colour deviations. Alarm, line-stop or reject integration is commissioned only after risk assessment, safety design and acceptance testing.

Hardware and Software We Use
On the hardware side we use industrial-grade cameras (Basler, IDS, Hikvision), high-resolution lenses, ring lighting and NVIDIA Jetson Edge devices. On the software side we develop with YOLO v8/v9, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorRT and ONNX runtime — optimised for real-time inference. Models can run on a single Jetson Orin or on a centralised GPU server.
