Computer Vision and Anomaly Detection Systems
Control that turns images into decisions. Camera detection, tracking, visual quality control, process monitoring and anomaly detection.
Turning visual field data into meaningful decisions
Thousands of parts flow on your line every hour. An operator cannot inspect each one — human attention is finite and defect-catch rate is low. Camera-based vision systems process tens of frames per second to detect cracks, stains, missing screws, misalignment, label errors, colour deviation and dozens of other defects automatically. On detection they can halt the line, trigger an alarm or activate a reject mechanism.
Vision Solutions We Provide
- Production-line quality-control cameras
- Face, licence-plate and object recognition
- OCR and label reading (serial no, expiry date)
- Anomaly detection (few-shot / unsupervised models)
- Motion analysis and counting systems
- Thermal cameras and heat-map analysis
- Automated drone-image analysis
- Security camera analytics (motion, intrusion)
Hardware and Software We Use
On the hardware side we use industrial-grade cameras (Basler, IDS, Hikvision), high-resolution lenses, ring lighting and NVIDIA Jetson Edge devices. On the software side we develop with YOLO v8/v9, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorRT and ONNX runtime — optimised for real-time inference. Models can run on a single Jetson Orin or on a centralised GPU server.
Field Results
- Defective products caught before shipping (avg 95% accuracy)
- 10× faster than human inspection
- Trend analysis from archived imagery
- Retrospective audits and customer-complaint resolution
- Real defect-example library for operator training
