LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

Single-Source, Long-Term Solution Partnership

A corporate technology need doesn't end with delivery — that's only the first half. AIOR's real claim is owning the second half: maintenance, sustainability and growing together.

What if you leave — a clear vendor-lock-in policy

No corporate customer works comfortably under "can't leave" stress. Every service we offer makes data export, DNS portability and code ownership clear up front. Our web-design contract states the output belongs to the customer; a hosting customer can take their domain and database to another provider any day, with a one-click full cPanel backup. You should stay because the service is good — not because you're stuck.

Continuous improvement: monthly checklist

  • Performance: PageSpeed, GTmetrix, real-user monitoring.
  • Security: Imunify360 incident count, SSL window, recent CVE patch status.
  • Backup: backup success rate, retention policy, restore drill.
  • Traffic: anomalous spikes/dips, bot ratio, country distribution.
  • Cost: license renewal dates, bandwidth use, idle resources.

Communication rhythm: monthly report + always-on support

Corporate accounts receive a monthly report covering uptime, performance, security events, completed work and recommended improvements (designed to read in 10 minutes). For urgencies, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp are open; our target for critical cases during business hours is a 1-hour response.

Growth planning: not for today, for three years out

A corporate site or infrastructure can grow 10× in traffic over 12 months, e-mail accounts can reach the hundreds, international traffic is added. With AIOR there's an annual planning conversation; we discuss the trend, upcoming launches and seasonality. Scale capacity (CPU, RAM, storage, e-mail volume) is set early — not during a fire.

Transparent pricing — no surprise bills

Monthly or yearly price changes are announced at least 14 days ahead. Add-ons (extra storage, IP, license) are never billed without customer approval. No fine-print catches; we tell you what something costs before the invoice.
