aior.com operates as a hosting provider ("yer sağlayıcı") under Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Suppression of Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications. Members are responsible for the content they post, and aior.com is not obligated to pre-moderate user submissions in line with the relevant law. For content you consider unlawful under Articles 8, 9, and 9/A of Law No. 5651, or under Articles 125 (defamation), 134 (violation of privacy), and 136 (unlawful disclosure or acquisition of personal data) of the Turkish Penal Code (Law No. 5237), please contact us via our contact page. Requests are reviewed within three (3) business days of receipt; required measures are taken in accordance with the applicable legislation, and the requesting party is notified of the outcome.
